前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① 小松菜とエノキと菊花のお浸し
Boiled Komatsuna Greens with Enoki Mushrooms and Chrysanthemum Petals.
② ゴボウの人参包み揚げ
Deep-fried Burdock Root Wrapped in Carrot.
③ カブとピーマンと奈良漬けのマスタード和え
Turnip, Green Pepper, and Nara-zuke Pickles Tossed with Mustard Dressing.

野菜そば《Vegetable Soba Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐ桂剥きのレンコンのさつま芋挟み焼き
Grilled sweet potato sandwiched in thinly sliced lotus root.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 『なすひかり』
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & Daikon radish pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.

甘味《Dessert》
Baked Apple Wrapped in a Soy Milk Crêpe.
