celery and broccoli with tonburi (kochia seed)and sesame seeds.

Pickled Squash and Spring Onion with KANZURI(Niigata
chili pepper miso) Flavor.
Baked lotus root and potato with pickled plum and shiso.
Komatsuna, maitake
mushroom and ginkgo nut dressed with burdock root.
・ほうれん草、椎茸の白菜漬け包み
Spinach and
shiitake mushroom wrapped in pickled Chinese cabbage.
お椀《Soup》
里芋菊花しんじょと春菊のお吸物
Clear soup of taro, chrysanthemum,
yam dumpling and
garland chrysanthemum.
蒸物《Steamed dish》
豆腐、大根、アボカドの揚げ出しと水菜、大根おろしのせいろ蒸し
Deep-fried tofu, radish and avocado with potherb mustard
and
grated radish steamed in a seiro (Japanese style).
煮物 《Simmered dish》
さつま芋、エノキ、人参、キャベツの沢煮 柚子こしょう湯葉添え
Simmered shredded sweet potato, enoki mushroom, carrot
and
cabbage with yuzu kosho yuba.

Rice cooked with turnip, shimeji
mushroom, deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Yamagata rice "Yukiwakamaru”

Tea-flavored rice powder steamed cake
with orange marmalade.
